Why incentives get missed
The reasons we see most often:
- Eligibility depends on the employee's start date, age, gender and prior insurance history; when these are entered incompletely, the payroll software never suggests the incentive.
- When an employee qualifies for several incentives, no one compares which is worth more — the first one on the list is simply selected.
- Filings can be corrected retroactively for six months, and that window usually passes unnoticed.
- The right to the incentive is cut off once a premium debt arises, and restarting it after the debt is cleared is forgotten.
- It is overlooked that in 2026 the five-point discount was reduced to two points outside manufacturing, so cost planning is still based on the old rate.
How we work
- 1
Handover
We review your existing payroll and personnel files and screen your whole headcount for incentives once, from scratch.
- 2
First month
We work the first month free. At the end of it we report both the payroll and any incentives that had been missed.
- 3
Monthly rhythm
On an agreed day each month the payroll, payslips and filings are ready, with your payment instruction in hand.
- 4
Annual review
When the minimum wage and the rates change each January, we recalculate what your headcount costs.
