We are an advisory team that stands beside investors from their first day in Türkiye to a mature operation.
EY Atlas Kurumsal grew out of the same problem faced by foreign companies wanting to invest in Türkiye and domestic businesses wanting to grow: the legislation is scattered, the institutions are separate, the language barrier is real, and accurate information is not gathered in one place.
Today our team is made up of accountants, lawyers, customs brokers and incentive specialists. A single team runs the whole process, from company formation to sectoral licensing and from social security premium incentives to investment incentive certificates — so nothing gets lost between institutions.
We work in Turkish, English, Arabic, Russian and Chinese. Most of our clients formed their company and completed their first incentive application without ever travelling to Türkiye.

We argue for the right structure over a fast registration. Fixing a company that was set up incorrectly always costs more than setting it up correctly.
Written and transparent
Every recommendation is given in writing. Cost components are itemised. The price does not change unless the scope does.
Realistic expectations
We do not prepare a file for a licence that cannot be obtained. If you do not qualify, we tell you at the outset.
Continuity
Incentive legislation changes every year. We reassess our clients' eligibility once a year.
