Our approach

What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: name, email, phone, country, company name, subject and your message.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard records such as IP address, browser information and time of access, for the operation and security of the site.
• Your answers in the incentive eligibility check are not sent to us; the calculation runs entirely in your browser and is lost when you leave the page.
• Page views: we measure anonymously how much each page is read. This measurement does not identify you, uses no cookies and leaves nothing behind in your browser.

Cookies

• NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your language preference so you do not have to choose a language on every visit. It is not linked to your identity and is not shared with third parties.
• We use no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. That is why we do not ask you for cookie consent: strictly necessary cookies do not require it.
• We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visitors. The tool was chosen deliberately: it sets no cookies, assigns no identifier to visitors and does no cross-site tracking. It therefore requires no consent notice.

Service providers we use

• Netlify — hosting and content delivery.
• Resend — delivering contact form messages by email.
• Zoho Mail — our corporate email mailbox.
• Cloudflare — anonymous visitor and page-view measurement.

How we protect your data

• Site and form traffic is encrypted end to end with TLS (HTTPS).
• The contact form includes bot protection against automated submissions.
• Our email domain is protected by SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, which makes it harder for anyone to send mail in our name.
• Only the authorised staff handling your enquiry have access to your data.
